Partial reopening of activities from 12 June 2020
Starting on Friday 12 June 2020, Old Fashion, in compliance with the provisions of the Lombardy Region Ordinance No. 566, will proceed to a partial reopening of its business with the exclusion of the dance. The service, which starts from 8:30 and continues until 03:00 in the morning, consisted of an aperitif service at the table| Club Lounge & Shisha bar. Restaurant start Friday June 19 ,2020 from 9:00 till 00:00 .

These indications apply for all types of meals and drinks, such as restaurants, trattorias, pizzerias, self-service restaurants, cafeterias, bars, pubs, pastry shops, ice cream parlors, rotisseries (even if placed within the context of accommodation, within bathing establishments and in shopping centers or connected to farms), as well as for the catering business (in this case, if food is administered within a third party organization, it will also be necessary to comply with the measures of prevention organized by this organization), the activities of administration of food and drinks in clubs and private associations, as well as in the places of detention and entertainment referred to in art. 68, paragraph 4, letter a) of the Regional Law n. 6/2010, excluding the aforementioned detention and leisure activities.
■ Prepare adequate information on prevention measures, also understandable for customers of other nationalities.In common areas it is mandatory to respect the interpersonal distance of at least 1 meter. Therefore, it is necessary to promote and facilitate compliance with this measure and favor the differentiation of the paths within the structures, in particular attention to the entrance and exit areas. In this regard, it is suggested to post gods information signs and / or delimiting spaces (for example, with stickers to be attached on the floor, poles, marker tapes, etc.).
■Before entering the premises, the body temperature of the customer must be measured and, if higher than 37.5 °, the client will not be allowed access to the premises and will therefore be turned away and advised to contact the doctor
■ Before entering the workplace, the body temperature of the staff must be measured and, if higher than 37.5 °, the employee will not be allowed access to the workplace and will therefore be temporarily isolated in isolation with the related notification at health authorities. If during the activity the worker manifests the symptoms of respiratory infection with COVID-19 (e.g. fever, cough, cold, conjunctivitis) he will be placed in isolation and reported to the health authorities. The detection of body temperature is strongly recommended for customers while for those who consume at the table it is mandatory. For detailed provisions, please refer to the provisions of paragraph 1.3 of the Ordinance.
■ It is necessary to make hand hygiene products available to customers and staff also in several places of the premises, in particular at the entrance and near the toilets, which must be cleaned several times a day.
■ In businesses that have seats, give priority to access by booking, keep the list of subjects who have booked for a period of 14 days, ensuring compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data. In these activities, there may not be more customers inside the room than there are seats.
■ In establishments that do not have seats, allow entry to a limited number of customers at a time, based on the characteristics of the individual rooms, in order to ensure that at least 1 meter of separation is maintained between the sessions.
■ Where possible, give preference to the use of outdoor spaces (gardens, terraces, stalls), always respecting the spacing of at least 1 meter.
■ The tables must be arranged in such a way as to ensure that at least 1 meter of separation is maintained between the customers, with the exception of members of the same family group or cohabitants and the case of accompanying minors under the age of six or disabled people referred to ‘art. 9 paragraph 2 of the D.P.C.M. of May 17, 2020. This last aspect pertains to individual responsibility. This distance can only be reduced by 5 by resorting to physical barriers between the different tables suitable for preventing contagion by droplet.
■ Consumption at the counter is allowed only if the interpersonal distance of at least 1 meter between customers can be ensured, except for people who, according to the provisions of the previous point, are not subject to interpersonal distancing. This last aspect belongs to individual responsibility.
■ Self-service buffet service is not allowed. It is possible to organize a buffet mode by administering the staff in charge, excluding the possibility for customers to touch the above and providing in any case, for customers and staff, the obligation to maintain the distance and the obligation to use respiratory protection mask; It is also possible for the business manager to offer packaged or sealed single-portion products for breakfast (e.g. jams in small airtight jars, packs of cheese or rusks), with methods that allow an orderly flow to the buffet respectful of interpersonal distancing .
■ The service staff in contact with customers must use the mask and must carry out frequent hand hygiene with sanitizing products (before each table service).
■ Promote the exchange of air indoors. Due to the overcrowding and the residence time of the occupants, the effectiveness of the systems must be verified in order to ensure the adequacy of the external air flow rates according to current regulations.
