Update on 07 March 2020 :
Given the Prime Ministerial Decree of 7 March 2020 which applies to the Lombardy Region the ban on gatherings and for bars and restaurants the obligation to respect an interpersonal distance of at least 1 meter between people in places open to the public (in addition to other medical facilities); Old Fashion, not recognizing that it can guarantee – currently – these conditions, refrains from opening its premises to the public in order to encourage as much as possible the restoration of the ideal health conditions for the protection of Public Health. It also reserves the right to review its decision in the face of future developments.

Following the appearance of the Coronavirus . in the areas surrounding the city of Milano, Old Fashion Milano has adapted to the order of the Ministry of Health in agreement with the President of the Lombardy Region, to end the activity starting from Sunday 23 February and until Sunday March 1st assigned.
Below is the full text of this ordinance:
THE MINISTER OF HEALTH
in agreement with
THE PRESIDENT OF THE LOMBARDY REGION
GIVEN the article 32 of the law 23 December 1978, n. 833;
GIVEN article 117 of the legislative decree 31 March 1998 n. 112;
RECALLED the ordinance dated 21 February 2020 adopted by the Minister of Health and the President of the Lombardy Region containing the urgent indications suitable to face the epidemiological emergency from CODIV-19 (coronavirus);
CONSIDERING the Law Decree of 22 February 2020, n. 6 containing “Urgent measures for the containment and management of the epidemiological emergency from CODIV-19”;
GIVEN the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of 23 February 2020;
provides the following
Except as already provided for by the rules and ordinances indicated above for the Municipalities of Codogno, Castiglione D’Adda, Casalpusterlengo, Fombio, Maleo, Somaglia, Bertonico, Terranova dei Passerini, Castelgerundo and San Fiorano, for the remaining territory of the Lombardy Region the provisions contained in letters c), d), e), t) and i) of article 1, paragraph 2 of the law decree of 22 February 2020, n. 6 or:
c) the suspension of events or initiatives of any nature, of events and of any form of meeting in public or private places, including those of a cultural, recreational, sporting and religious nature, even if held in closed places open to the public;
d) closure of kindergartens, childcare services and schools of all levels, as well as the attendance of school and higher education activities, professional courses, masters, courses for the health professions and universities for the elderly excluding specialists and trainees of the health professions, except for distance learning activities;
e) suspension of the opening services to the public of museums, cinemas and other cultural institutes and places referred to in article 101 of the code of cultural and landscape heritage, pursuant to Legislative Decree 22 January 2004, no. 42, as well as the effectiveness of the regulatory provisions on free or free access to these institutions and places;
f) suspension of all educational trips, both nationally and abroad;
i) provision of the obligation on the part of individuals who entered Lombardy from epidemiological risk areas, as identified by the World Health Organization, to communicate this circumstance to the Prevention Department of the health authority responsible for the territory, which provides communicate it to the competent health authority for the adoption of the fiduciary home stay measure with active surveillance;
As regards point g) (suspension of insolvency procedures and public office activities, without prejudice to the provision of essential and public utility services), the application refers only to insolvency procedures; special provisions will be identified with a subsequent specific regional provision for front office services and for the regulation of meetings / gatherings.
With regard to point h) (application of the quarantine measure with active surveillance among individuals who have had close contacts with confirmed cases of infectious infectious disease, for health personnel and essential services), special provisions will be identified with a subsequent appropriate provision regional. With regard to point j) (closure of all commercial activities, excluding those of public utility and essential public services referred to in articles 1 and 2 of the law 12 June 1990, 146, including commercial activities for the purchase of basic necessities), business closings are arranged in these terms:
– bars, night clubs and any other entertainment open to the public are closed from 18.00 to 6.00; measures will be defined to avoid gatherings in these premises;
– for the shops inside the shopping centers and markets, closure is available on Saturdays and Sundays, with the exception of the food sales outlets;
– closing for trade fairs.
With regard to point k), operators are invited to ensure suitable precautionary measures.
The President of the Lombardy Region, after consulting the Minister of Health, may modify the provisions of this order due to the epidemiological evolution.
This ordinance is effective immediately and up to and including Sunday 1 March 2020, subject to any subsequent provisions.
